Hmmm, interesting......Here's the problem with D.C.....This census is from 2000, but things haven't changed much in a long time there.
Pop. 2000 ...... 572,059
White...... 159,178...... 27.83%
Black...... 340,088...... 59.45%
Asian...... 15,039...... 2.63%
Hispanic...... 44,953...... 7.86%
Other...... 12,801...... 2.24%
The Washington Post's recent study of 1988 murders in Washington, D.C., showed that 63% of the murder victims were black males ages 15 to 34.
And for you Chi-Town Boys,.....Check this article out...Fo' All My Niggaz
Just a little food for thought.

ok, so ~60% of the DC area is African american, and ~60% of murder victims are the same. Ya know, there's a reason those statistics line up...
